The incumbent will be part of the Information Technology (IT) organization responsible for Managing Collaboration Services for Candescent 2000 workforce. They will manage a diverse team of individuals in the Americas and India. This position is responsible for providing solution development and third level support for the Collaboration Services (mostly Microsoft 365) for Candescent. The role requires both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to take a solution through the complete solution development lifecycle including: planning, design, build, unit and system acceptance testing, knowledge transfer and solution support. The role requires a technically strong individual who is resourceful, confident under pressure, and has demonstrated skill in both Application Development and Business Development.

Key Areas Of Responsibility Include

• Manage/Lead Collaboration team to build and maintain Collaboration Services: Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform and related 365 services with a hands-on contributing management style.
• Leadership ability to direct offshore development and support functions and outsourced service providers as necessary to accomplish goals.

• Use appropriate toolsets to design and maintain end-user automation for the self-set-up computer build process.
• Maintains the documentation on the collaboration services tools, processes, and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA in Information Technology and 8 years of backend office leadership.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience designing / supporting collaboration solutions
• Microsoft SharePoint technical administration experience
• Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online technical administration experience
• Microsoft Office (2019 , 365 ProPlus) experience
• Microsoft Teams and Team Rooms technical administration experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Strong teaming and small team leadership skills

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate
• Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
