Summary:
The Channel Chief of Staff acts as right-hand resource to the Channel Leader, leaning in on strategic planning processes, budgeting & forecasting. Responsible for leading Channel implementation of programs and initiatives to communities, affiliated advisors and advisor firms. Strategically creates & executes communications that drive advisor and community engagement & organic growth.
Responsibilities:
Channel Delivery & Reporting
- Services as strategic thought partner to Channel Leader in planning people resources, executing Channel strategy & mandates and managing programs related to advisory engagement.
- Responsible for supporting Channel budgeting, forecasting & planning.
- Drive alignment and execution of Channel strategy across the Channel through planning & management of all administrative, financial & operational activities for the Channel Leader.
- Manage Channel budget for attrition and recruiting activities, programs and expenditures.
- Responsible for working with the Channel Leader, Community Leaders & supporting teams to develop, review, analyze and leverage business intelligence & reporting to drive results.
Communication & Advisor Engagement
- Responsible for designing, creating & executing a communications strategy in support of strategic initiatives execution (in alignment with corporate initiatives)
- Accountable for the execution & delivery, including customization of enterprise communications, of internal & external Channel communications.
- Accountable for the execution of Channel meetings and delivery of content within Company conferences and meetings.
- Partnering and coordinating with marketing and communications teams for delivery of content, media and messaging for the Channel.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 15 Years directly related experience including 5 years Financial Consulting Experience
What is nice to have:
- Series 7, Series 24 and Series 66 Licenses
Travel Requirements:
Up to 50% for Strategic Community Engagements with Advisors and Cetera Events, Conferences or Leadership Meeting
Compensation Range:
The base annual salary range for this role is $180,000 to $200,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
