What are the responsibilities and job description for the Procurement Analyst position at Candidate Experience site?
The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for analyzing procurement data, identifying process improvement opportunities, and ensuring the efficient execution of the procurement process. The role will involve close collaboration with various stakeholders, documenting processes, communicating policies and procedures, supporting various purchase models, and providing updates on project-related work. This role will be hybrid -work from home opportunity and our targeted locations are: Dallas, TX & El Segundo, CA
What you will do:
- Provide overflow support for customary and ongoing procurement activities
- Support supplier onboarding process for conversion events
- Contribute to the creation of templates, user guides, and procedures to improve the efficiency of various procurement activities
- Engage in the requisitioning process, assisting buyers with their orders
- Assist with pricing and scoring analysis in RFPs and other sourcing events
- Help create presentation and reporting materials
- Support contract negotiation, redlining, approval, and execution processes
- Interact with suppliers to ensure proper setup in Cetera’s system
- Service internal clients by highlighting expiring contracts, updating account information, and confirming business needs
- Support general Procurement processes including Oracle application support, P-Card and Travel programs, trainings, and general email inquiries
What you will need to have:
- Proven experience as a Procurement Analyst or in a similar role
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and market trends
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of [3] year(s) of experience in Procurement or in the Financial Services industry

Compensation:
The base annual salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
