What we need to have:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager / Sr. Project Coordinator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Project Management for technical projects, especially in the Infrastructure and Cloud Services.
This position offers a Hybrid work schedule from one of our offices such as : El Segundo, CA; San Diego, CA; Dallas Texas, Schaumburg, IL St. Cloud, MN, and Dubuque, IA
What you will do:
We need a resource to manage all Infrastructure projects from a coordination perspective. The infrastructure and Cloud teams today handle many enterprise scale projects that require coordination and follow through. The individual will manage all Program/Project Coordination, budget management, stakeholder follow-through and customer feedback. In addition to Project management, one of the key requirements is to make sure all administrative orders with vendors and internal reporting are delivered on schedule. Occasionally when Go-Live planning is scheduled the role will provide the coordination and hyper care support for the cutover and that can happen on weeknights or on weekends. Infrastructure project examples include SD-WAN (across CI sites and Cetera Core sites, Data Center Reductions, ServiceNOW upgrade planning and testing, Windows Upgrades/Planning, VDI Upgrades/Planning including user coordination for testing, Windows 11 testing coordination and planning, Day to day order processing and purchasing coordination with IT Finance and Vendors, Potential VPN replacement coordination and testing.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in technical track allowing for fundamentals in Infrastructure terminology (or equivalent experience).
- Over 7 years of direct Project Management experience
- Strong knowledge of Sprints and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with solid communications skills.
- Excellent presentation skills who can deliver to Senior Management and Steering Committees/.
- Over 7 years’ experience managing technical/infrastructure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Good to have:
- PMP Certification.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $ 120,000.00 - $ 150,000.00 plus competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
