Reporting to the Vice President, Tax and Treasury, this position’s primary responsibilities are listed below:
Responsibilities
- Daily banking responsibilities including positive pay, stop payments, wire and ACH transfers
- Daily cash movements, preparation of system postings and reporting
- Weekly and monthly preparation of compliance certificates
- Investment and Debt management/analysis including interest calculations
- Procurement Card administration
- Assist the Vice President with new payment type implementations and payment type analysis
- Facilitation of payments received in our corporate offices
- Monthly General Ledger account analysis
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance/Accounting
- 4-5 years of corporate treasury experience
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Team Player
- Strong windows, excel, and word skills
- Experience with PeopleSoft or other web based accounting program is a plus.
