Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform systems setups and configurations to support business operations.
- Design and develop Crystal Reports for various business needs.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Implement and support IQMS applications and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all systems.
- Travel up to 25% to various locations as needed for project implementation and support.
- Lead the development and implementation of various ERP modules in consultation with business leaders from manufacturing, operations, quality, finance, and supply chain.
- Ensure delivery of key business systems projects within scope, schedule, and budget, including hands-on technical abilities.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional/technical requirements for new projects and enhancements to existing solutions.
- Create, manage, and perform system-testing activities for releases and upgrades.
- Research production system issues, resolve user problems, and escalate when necessary.
- Perform application and process-specific training activities to educate technical and non-technical users about the solutions you configure and support.
- Document system configurations and system application test protocols in support of quality compliance validation.
- Establish standards for the use of IQMS within the business.
- Prioritize enhancement requests.
- Provide recommendations for version control and upgrades.
- Work with business stakeholders to leverage ERP capabilities to drive efficiencies and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with the IT Infrastructure team and outside vendors to ensure high reliability of ERP systems in a 24x7 manufacturing environment.
- Interact regularly with shared services and operations leadership to ensure alignment of business applications roadmap with business strategy.
- Evaluate and possibly implement related and supporting ERP systems (i.e., reporting packages, Business Intelligence tools, etc.).
- Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility; some light lifting possible.
REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience with IQMS and Crystal Reports.
- Strong understanding of systems setups and configurations.
- Proficient in designing and developing Crystal Reports.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
- Solid experience delivering and implementing ERP solutions across multi-site manufacturing organizations.
- Extensive experience implementing and supporting IQMS.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations.
- Strong skills with SQL and Crystal Reports required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas concisely to a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Self-motivated, organized, accurate, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in plastics manufacturing.
- Experience with other reporting tools and ERP systems.
- Experience in multi-ERP environments.
- Experience with IT integration of acquired companies.
- Experience implementing quality management systems.
