What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forklift Operator (2nd Shift) position at Candidate Source Ltd?

Are you an experienced warehouse associate with a background in operating forklifts? Our client is a growing distributor in Ashland, VA and we're looking for dedicated individuals with cherry picker, reach, and sit-down forklift experience to join our team. If you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Shift :

2 : 30pm - 11 : 00pm

Responsibilities :

Load and unload trailers using powered equipment

Operate cherry pickers, reach trucks, and sit-down forklifts

Pull materials and prepare orders for delivery

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Perform inventory audits and support other warehouse functions as needed

Qualifications :

1-3 years of forklift experience (cherry picker, reach, sit-down forklift)

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends
