What You'll Do:
Lead installations of all sizes and product types, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Supervise and support the installation team, providing leadership, performance feedback, and hands-on assistance.
Inspect deliveries for accuracy and damages before installation.
Communicate with customers professionally, resolving any installation-related issues.
Ensure quality control by performing walk-throughs and addressing any necessary adjustments.
What We’re Looking For:
2-3 years of leadership experience in furniture installation or a related field.
Experience with case goods and systems furniture installation (Steelcase preferred).
Proficiency with hand and power tools and ability to read safety and procedure manuals.
Valid VA driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
