SUMMARY:
Keep all dishes, glassware, utensils, washing equipment, and work area clean, safe, and sanitary, and to support Kitchen staff by performing basic preparation and cleaning tasks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.
Ensure that clean and sanitary dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and other utensils are available for use as promptly as possible with little to no breakage.
Help maintain high levels of cleanliness while completing washing assignments.
Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.
Assist with Stewarding responsibilities as required.
Support safe work habits and a safe working environment at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
