Customer Support & Order Fulfillment Associate
Help Wanted – Customer Support Associate We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team! If you are passionate about learning new skills and enjoy working with people, this position may be the perfect fit.
Schedule:
- Days: Tuesdays (flexible, may be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday depending on set availability) and/or Saturdays.
- Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with clients. Answer phone calls and address inquiries.
- Conduct outbound calling to clients for order confirmations and updates.
- Learn and assist in candle, soap, and lotion-making processes.
- Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Help with any additional tasks or responsibilities as needed in a small business environment.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of orders and inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the fulfillment department.
- Applicants must be willing to assist with a variety of tasks necessary in a small business setting, which may include occasional cleaning duties (e.g., tidying the workspace or maintaining cleanliness in shared areas like restrooms)
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs safely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work hands-on with our products.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to help customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English is essential; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Experience in sales or client services is a plus, enhancing your ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions based on data insights.
- Excellent phone etiquette, ensuring professional communication with clients.

Compensation:
- Starting wage: $11.50 to $14.00 per hour, depending on experience.
