Customer Support & Order Fulfillment Associate

Help Wanted – Customer Support Associate We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team! If you are passionate about learning new skills and enjoy working with people, this position may be the perfect fit.

Schedule:

• Days: Tuesdays (flexible, may be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday depending on set availability) and/or Saturdays.
• Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers.
• Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with clients. Answer phone calls and address inquiries.
• Conduct outbound calling to clients for order confirmations and updates.
• Learn and assist in candle, soap, and lotion-making processes.
• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Help with any additional tasks or responsibilities as needed in a small business environment.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of orders and inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the fulfillment department.
• Applicants must be willing to assist with a variety of tasks necessary in a small business setting, which may include occasional cleaning duties (e.g., tidying the workspace or maintaining cleanliness in shared areas like restrooms)

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs safely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and work hands-on with our products.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to help customers.

Experience

• Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English is essential; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Experience in sales or client services is a plus, enhancing your ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions based on data insights.
• Excellent phone etiquette, ensuring professional communication with clients.

Compensation:

• Starting wage: $11.50 to $14.00 per hour, depending on experience.

This is a long-term position, not just a summer job. We are looking for someone who is committed to being part of our team well beyond the summer months.
