Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs for guests.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
- Prepare daily financial reports and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance guest experience.
- Assist with reservations and handle any special requests from guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality preferred.
- Strong background in guest services with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with night audit processes is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a resort or similar hospitality environment is a plus.
