As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest service and accurate financial reporting in alignment with our commitment to excellence in hospitality.
Duties:
- Perform night audit procedures meticulously to guarantee the accuracy of financial transactions
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs, providing a seamless experience
- Address guest inquiries promptly and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area conducive to exceptional guest experiences
- Prepare detailed daily reports for management review
Experience:
- OPERA Experience is preferred
- Proficiency in night audit processes and front desk operations within the hotel industry
- Strong background in guest services and hospitality management, ensuring top-notch service delivery
