Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and upholding the standards of our establishment.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Manage phone systems, both incoming calls and internal communication
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong guest service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in using reservation software and handling payment transactions
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual Speaking is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices
- Strong guest relations skills including problem handling skills are required
