Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities
- Check guests in and out of their rooms efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain guest records accurately
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred
- Proficiency in phone systems and front desk operations
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for assisting international guests

Pay: $12.04 - $12.61 per hour
