Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, while ensuring accuracy in the hotel management system.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone systems, email, or in-person, providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Address guest concerns or complaints efficiently, striving to enhance their overall experience during their stay.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Maintain front desk operations by keeping the area organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed, including handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- Previous experience in resort or hotel management is preferred.
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proficient phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple calls effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.

Pay: $17.00 - $17.25 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
