Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and provide information about hotel services.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide information about local attractions and services.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accurate reporting of daily transactions.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all guest information is handled confidentially.
Requirements
- Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
