Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Train, mentor, and manage front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Manage phone systems to ensure efficient communication with guests and staff.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing processes.
- Implement hotel policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve guest services and overall hotel performance.
Experience
- Proven experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is essential.
- Prior supervisory or management experience in a hotel setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is advantageous.
