Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Fabricate parts and components as needed for repairs or improvements.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshooting processes.
- Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants.
- Operate logic controllers for automated systems within the facility.
- Execute welding tasks for structural repairs or modifications.
- Assist in facilities maintenance projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance roles with a focus on electrical systems, fabrication, and facilities upkeep.
- Familiarity with using an Ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
- Experience in residential painting is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- A proactive attitude towards safety and compliance with all regulations related to maintenance work.
