Candy-Ice Cream Shop Team Member

This position involves serving ice cream, milkshakes, and other products, operating the register, restocking candy and ice cream, and cleaning duties. The schedule is flexible, hourly pay includes tips, and a friendly, positive attitude is essential.

Breakdown of job responsibilities:

• Serve ice cream, milkshakes, and other products: This includes scooping ice cream, making milkshakes, and preparing other items sold at the location.
• Operate the register: Check out customers, process payments, and handle cash transactions.
• Greet customers: Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
• Answer customer questions:Provide information about products, flavors, and specials.

Restocking & Inventory:

• Restock candy and ice cream:Ensure that shelves and display cases are stocked with products.
• Maintain inventory: Keep track of stock levels and alert management when items need to be reordered.

Cleaning & Maintenance:

• Clean and sanitize the work area:This includes wiping down counters, tables, and other surfaces.
• Sweep and mop floors: Maintain a clean and tidy environment.
• Wash dishes and equipment:Ensure that all utensils and equipment are clean and sanitary.

Other Responsibilities:

• Follow all health and safety regulations: Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work as part of a team: Collaborate with other employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a positive attitude: Be friendly, helpful, and approachable to customers and coworkers.
