Call Center-Customer Service Representative
Salary: $18 - $22 /Hour
Monday - Friday
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience (Must Have), 2 years customer service and call center experience
- Call Center experience 2 years - Required
- Home services industry or Service Titan experience is a plus!
- Proficiency with computers, especially software applications including, MS Word, email and CMS is a plus
- Engage in active listening, confirm or clarify information, and manage and provide solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and decision-making skills
- Detail oriented, consistent, adaptable, and accountable
- Proficiency in problem analysis and problem solving
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attendance
- Build lasting relationships with customers and other call center team members
