We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Engineer to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and testing new or modified software programs to ensure they meet our high standards. You will participate in test design, test case creation, testing, and the reporting of test results in cooperation with software development and testing staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and test new or modified software programs to verify they function according to requirements
- Participate in test design, test case creation, testing, and the reporting of test results in cooperation with software development and testing staff
- Investigate, report, and track software defects, as well as create and execute manual/automated test scripts for regression, installation, and performance/stress testing
- Operate hardware and peripheral devices while testing compatibility with Windows-based software
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience testing both software and hardware
- At least 1 year of experience using databases and SQL for testing
- Demonstrated experience in functional, regression, performance, installation, compatibility, end-to-end/system, and incremental integration testing
- Proficient in troubleshooting and testing both software and hardware together as a system
- Fluent with Microsoft Office products, including advanced knowledge with Microsoft Windows
- Intuitiveness to perform and learn through the process of exploratory testing
- Working knowledge of XML and JSON, including the ability to understand/manipulate XML and JSON files
- Experience with automation tools, scripting or object-oriented programming in Python and its associated libraries, and with CI/CD platforms like Jenkins
- Background with testing websites and mobile applications
- Experience in testing APIs and utilizing Postman or scripting to validate
