THE DAY-TO-DAY
The typical schedule for this position is 6 am - 3 pm or 10 am to 7 pm.
As a Customer Care / Front Desk Receptionist, you arrive each day determined to provide quality and efficient customer service to each and every client--whether internal or external, two-legged or four-legged. You are always professional as you take reservations, answer questions, and resolve concerns in person, online, and over the phone. Listening carefully, you are able to determine and meet the needs of our clients. With your top-notch data entry skills, you keep accurate and organized records. You enjoy interacting with people and love that you get to be around dogs all day.
