PR and Marketing Coordinator
As a facilities manager, you will be an integral member of our team as you provide maintenance, care and repairs to the campus.
A typical day as a facilities manager may include:
- Managing all aspects of facilities maintenance for regional campus, through primarily hands-on work
- Scheduling, performing and completing maintenance requests from staff
- Reviewing, evaluating, performing, coordinating repair and preventative maintenance
- Maintaining inventories of janitorial, landscape and maintenance supplies and equipment
- Overseeing and maintaining locks and keys for campus
- Managing the maintenance of campus vehicles
- Ensuring work orders are tracked and completed within the budgeted guidelines
- Coordinating vendors, ensuring that contractors and sub-contractors are in compliance with safety standards while working on campus
EXPECTATIONS:
To be successful in this position:
- Must Haves:
- Proficiency using general power tools and maintenance equipment and knowledge of related safety procedures and guidelines.
- Three to four years of prior experience with working knowledge in electrical, landscaping, equipment repair and maintenance.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Current drivers license and insurability at normal risk rates.

- Project management experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- The employee is frequently required to bend, stoop, kneel and lift, walk, and reach with hands and arms; lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
SCHEDULE:
Full Time
PAY: $26.00-$29.00/hour
The base salary range above represents the low and high of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of total compensation package for employees.
