Main Duties/Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and informative experience for all customers.
• Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, and experience, educating customers on product types, effects, dosage guidelines, and responsible consumption practices.
• Accurately handle transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including processing cash and electronic payments.
• Foster expertise on products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant sales floor, ensuring all products are properly labeled and displayed.
• Promote customer loyalty by engaging with repeat customers, collecting feedback, and supporting marketing initiatives such as loyalty programs or in-store events.
• Work collaboratively with team members to uphold company values and provide a seamless shopping experience.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the Cannabis industry; or
• 3 years of experience in sales in a retail store environment; and
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent education/experience

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in New York
• Eager to grow and develop Sales and Customer Service skills
