Budtender

Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Budtender to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, guiding them through their product selections, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your expertise in cannabis products and retail sales will help customers make informed decisions while adhering to all compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.
• Educate customers about different strains, consumption methods, and product effects.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Upsell products by suggesting complementary items based on customer inquiries.
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Proficiency with cash registers and POS systems is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, it is not a must, but is encouraged.
• Knowledge of cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories, is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Cannabis plant as a whole.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A passion for the cannabis industry and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Experience working in high volume, fast-paced retail or service environment.
• Must be able to work in a team oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
