Groundskeeper/ Maintenance
This position is a hybrid sanitation and maintenance position.
Sanitation tasks at minimum include:
· Trash removal
· Washing floors, walls, grow equipment.
· Yard care – shoveling, mowing, weed-whacking.
· Organizing storage spaces
Maintenance Tasks at minimum include:
· Driving our tractor to transport items
· Minor building fixes such as changing light bulbs, hanging things on walls, calking cracks
· Entry level building tasks during expansions
This Job position is for a caretaker of a large campus with many moving parts. We are looking for a hani-person or "Jack of all trades" who has experience working in multiple facets of maintenance. Experience with plumbing, electrical, or building is a plus.
This position will be primarily at one address, though we have many smaller locations, and this person could get called to complete a task in another location. (Mileage paid) so having decent transportation is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
