Cultivation Manager

• Reliable transportation and live within commuting distance to Newberg, OR

• Minimum one year management experience

• Minimum three years cannabis cultivation experience in a professional

(not personal) environment

• Open availability, this position requires 40 hours per week

• Proficiency in METRC regulations

• OLCC Handlers permit

We are currently accepting applications for a Cultivation Manager at our indoor

cultivation facility. The position is full-time, and any applicants must have full availability.

Ideal candidates should be detail oriented, punctual, and able to quickly adapt to our

standard practices. Applicants will work under general supervision of Director of

Cultivation to maintain a growing large-scale facility. This is an excellent opportunity for

a highly motivated person to join a growing company.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older.

• Must have OLCC Marijuana workers permit.

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

• Must demonstrate ability to work independently or collaboratively.

• Must arrive for shift on time, clean, and ready to work.

• Must have the ability to follow standard operating procedures.

• Must have large scale grow experience including: Operating multiple offset

flowering cycles. Maintaining weekly environmental set-point adjustments

and drip irrigation systems to rockwool with crop-steering methodology.

Applying soft and hard chemistry-pesticides, biofungicides, and beneficial

fungi/bacteria/insects. Managing canopy in various stages of growth on

single and vertical two-tier grow racks.

• MUST have large scale propagation experience with 95% success rate.

Ideal candidate would also have experience with mother stock maintenance,

pruning, sanitation and scheduling.

• Must have the ability to oversee a team of employees and provide

instruction as needed.

• Must communicate effectively and positively with team members and

management including verbal and written communication.

• Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.

• Must be proficient with creating documents, spreadsheets, and SOP’s.

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.

• Must not be allergic to cannabis.

• Must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume, repetitive work environment.
