Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter
- Create engaging content, including photos, videos, and graphics for social media and website
- Manage content calendars and schedule posts to optimize engagement
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with team members on marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
- Analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights
- Manage community engagement and respond to comments/messages
- Assist with website design and content updates
- Coordinate with influencers and manage partnerships
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the cannabis industry
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Basic web design and content management skills
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of cannabis culture and industry trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects

Compensation: $60,000-70,000
