Job Overview
This position will work in-house at our Headquarters in Oak Park, MI and will include travel. As a Sales Manager for our Dispensary Supplies division, you will play a key role in driving new business growth and expanding our presence across assigned states and territories.
Main Accountabilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow our client base within designated regions
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with dispensaries, processors, and other relevant businesses
- Build and nurture relationships with cannabis processors, dispensaries, and other key accounts
- Identify their packaging and supply needs while offering tailored solutions from our ever-evolving product catalog
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2 years' experience selling directly into large Cannabis operators, including processors, MSOs, and dispensary chains
- Skilled in conducting sales quotations, cost-benefit analyses, and finding tailored solutions for clients
- Proven sales skills with a strong ability to find opportunities, close deals, and drive revenue
- Project management experience, especially with product launches or custom packaging solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software (Salesforce), ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms
- Sales-driven & results-oriented – You thrive on closing deals and hitting targets
- Industry-savvy – You understand the cannabis supply chain and how packaging impacts branding and compliance
- Organized & adaptable – You can juggle multiple leads, track conversations, and manage sales pipelines efficiently
- Collaborative team player – You work well across departments and value customer success as much as closing the sale
