Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while maintaining strong relationships.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance market presence.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on account performance.
- Provide leadership within the sales team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Experience in technology sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $73,352.00 - $78,661.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
