We are seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Bingo Agent to join our team in North Las Vegas. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional gaming experience for our bingo players while maintaining compliance with all gaming regulations and house rules.

Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Bingo Agent to join our team in North Las Vegas. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional gaming experience for our bingo players while maintaining compliance with all gaming regulations and house rules.
- Sell bingo cards and electronic gaming devices to customers
- Verify winning cards and process payouts accurately
- Maintain precise records of sales and transactions
- Assist players with electronic bingo devices and explain game rules
- Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with regulations
- Process cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Announce numbers clearly and accurately during bingo sessions
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bingo area
- Report any suspicious activities or irregularities to management
- Assist in special promotions and bingo events
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming License
- Previous casino or gaming experience preferred
- Proven customer service experience
- Demonstrated cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer operations
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of bingo games and procedures
- Understanding of gaming regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
