Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our Chiropractic office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Experience in a chiropractic office preferred but not necessary - We will train a great candidate!
Duties
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Process patient information and maintain accurate records using Chirotouch software.
- Assist with medical billing and coding tasks as needed.
- Prepare care plans and ensure compliance with office protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role within a chiropractic office is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with medical billing processes is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical administration is a plus.

-Strategically cluster books the day, making room for New Patients, walks in and the already scheduled masses.
-Helps the Doctors in all aspects of growing our business-Direct more - request less. Always knows where the Doctor should be going next. Excellent record keeping/retention
Monday 7:30-12:00 2:00- 5 pm, Wednesday 7:30-12:00 2:00- 5 pm, Thursday 7:30-12:00 2:00- 5 pm Friday 7:30-12.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
