Overview :
CCI is looking for a motivated Project Engineer / Project Manager (PE) to join our Traffic / Transportation Engineering team. This person will serve as a Project Engineer and / or Project Manager on transportation engineering projects that may include roadway design, multimodal design, traffic design, transportation planning, and traffic operations and safety.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the engineer of record on transportation engineering projects.
Management of transportation engineering projects.
Preparation of scopes of work and project budgets.
Mentorship of a team of engineers / designers.
Client interfacing / coordination.

Requirements
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
Five (5) years of experience working on transportation engineering projects.
P.E. registration in Tennessee, or the ability to obtain within one (1) year.
Proficiency in MicroStation or Open Roads Designer.
Work onsite in our Knoxville office.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in managing transportation engineering projects.
Experience in preparing scopes of work and budgets.
