Job Summary: The Client Relations Manager (CRM) will be a critical and essential part of Client satisfaction and success. The CRM will have daily interaction with clients and be responsible for investment account openings, fund transfers, investment account statements and interaction with custodial firms. Ability to resolve client questions and deliver requested information quickly to clients and then follow-up to insure all client needs have been met and satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and earn a trusted relationship with each client
- Deliver timely and accurate investment statements to clients
- Anticipate client needs and proactively deliver to the client their needed information
- Exceptional accuracy in filling out forms to open client accounts
- Willingness to reach out to clients and initiate clear and clean communication with the client
- Work hand-in-hand with Advisor to meet and exceed the Client’s needs
Qualifications:
- Self-starter and willing to learn new skills and financial language
- Outgoing personality who enjoys conversation to help clients feel comfortable and welcome
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to use and implement basic math skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude

Additional Information:
Office Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
