Cannon Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance staff and perform maintenance duties at the beautiful communities in Bakersfield, Ca. Candidates must have experience in: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, looking to work in a team oriented environment, and are willing to go the extra mile for our residents. Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years previous residential apartment maintenance experience
- HVAC certification preferred
- Must be able to participate in the on-call rotation
- Must have a valid drivers license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
