Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the Head of School provides high-level administrative support to the Head of School and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school’s leadership office. This individual serves as a trusted partner, handling sensitive information, coordinating schedules and communication, and supporting key initiatives and projects with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of School, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Serve as a liaison between the Head of School and internal/external stakeholders, including trustees, faculty, staff, parents, and community members.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports; attend meetings as requested and record minutes.
- Manage confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
- Support the Board of Trustees, including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, document distribution, and minute-taking.
- Anticipate the needs of the Head of School and proactively provide support to ensure effective daily operations.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Director of Advancement, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings and events and assisting as needed
- Coordinates and schedules programs, events, meetings or special events by arranging meeting rooms, food services, invitations and required equipment.
- Supports members of the leadership team to advance strategic priorities of the school.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3 years of executive-level administrative experience, preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and comfort with learning new technology platforms.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time, on-campus position that may require occasional evening or weekend hours to support events or meetings.
