POSITION: Operations Specialist III
FULLTIME: ASAP (once onboarding clears) – 9/17/25 (potential temp to hire based on performance)
LOCATION: Pennington, NJ (hybrid Mon-Wend from home, Thur-Fri from home)
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5pm
PAY RANGE: $22.29/hr paid weekly paid weekly

The primary responsibilities of this role are to review brokerage financial transactions related to DAC/RAP and Trades Done Away to ensure delivery instructions, settlement timeframes, and funds availability are in good order. The candidate will be responsible for:
Required Work Duties:
•Entering Trade Settlement Instructions received from Merrill Branch Office personnel
•Sending, receiving, and completing Letters of Free Funds (LOFF) utilizing trading information and funding availability
•Approve settlement transactions based on funding/asset availability
•Research availability of funds to complete payment requests
•Help resolve any unsettled or unmatched transactions by communicating with all impacted stakeholders
•Assist team members in other functions as volumes dictate
•Providing assistance with various reporting responsibilities
•Providing subject matter expertise and service to Client Associates/Financial Advisors and Client Relationship Managers regarding supported processes
Needed Skills:
•Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
•Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to perform in a proactive and effective manner across all levels of the organization
•Ability to research discrepancies utilizing investigation skills and intellectual curiosity
•College degree preferred
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
- The ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Use of computers and technology
