POSITION: Operations Specialist III
FULLTIME: ASAP (once onboarding clears) – 9/17/25 (potential temp to hire based on performance)
LOCATION: Pennington, NJ
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5pm
PAY RANGE: $16.91/hr paid weekly paid weekly

Details:
Wealth Management Operations provides end-to-end operational support that drives the client experience for Wealth Management advisory partners and their clients. Within WMO, Banking & Personal Retirement Operations provides support for Private Bank accounts and transactions. The Perform Private Bank Settlement Transactions team supports external and internal bank payoffs, letters of credit, Certificate of Deposit Account Registry Service (CDARS), settlement and break resolution.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
- The ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Use of computers and technology
