POSITION: Customer Support Administrator
FULLTIME: ASSIGNMENT ASAP - 2/28/25
LOCATION: ROCKLIN, CA
SCHEDULE: 40/HRS WEEK
PAY RANGE: $20

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responds to customer and/or client requests or events as they occur. Verify/Reproduce customer issues.
Data Entry of reports into Customer tracking database. Provide feedback to the design team regarding usability and user experience of various customer service projects needed by the team.
Implement Protocols and guidelines.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
- The ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Use of computers and technology
