Position: Operations Specialist (Commercial Card Support Specialist)

Location: Charlotte, NC 28255

Assignment Length: 1/27/2025 – 1/26/2026

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Hourly Rate: $21.03 hourly, paid weekly.
(Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)

Good attendance and punctuality are essential components of the position.

Position Summary:

• Servicing Commercial Card clients for phone and email requests with inquiries into their commercial card program using technological advance platforms.
• Associate will be responsible for troubleshooting multiple applications.
• Must have strong working knowledge of Excel, data analytics, and problem solving.
• Ability to adapt to ever changing environment while being able to assess high risk functions.
• Must be able to prioritize, plan and execute task.

Required Skills:

• Strong in Excel.
• High Problem Solving/Critical Thinking.
• Experience in Data Collection.

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Use of computers and technology.
