Office Manager/Book Keeper
The ideal Candidate will have excellent customer facing skills dealing with existing as well as new high-end clients while maintaining the overall office environment.
Summary
As an Office Manager/Bookkeeper, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our office, overseeing daily administrative tasks and ensuring efficient office management. You will utilize your core skills in organization and communication to manage clerical duties, while your premium skills will enhance our financial operations. Additionally, your relevant experience in team management and event planning will support a collaborative work environment. This role reports directly to the senior management team, contributing to the overall success and productivity of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for team members.
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
- Organize company events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Supervise office staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and manage relationships to optimize services.
Qualifications
- Proven office management and clerical experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in team management and event planning
- Proficiency in bookkeeping and QuickBooks
- Familiarity with vendor management and payroll processes
