Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

$25,000 Sign-On Bonus available. Shift differentials: $3.00/hour for PM and $1.00/hour for night shifts. Seeking healthcare professionals to join a dedicated nursing team in a state-of-the-art facility. Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN shifts available across day, PM, and night schedules, including weekend and holiday rotations.

• Primary duties include resident assessment, care coordination, medication administration, and supervision of CNAs.
• Skills required: IV care, wound care, and electronic documentation.
