Shift Details: This position requires the ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends. You must also be able to participate in call rotation and be available to work at least 30 hours per month. A three-month previous experience in Long Term Care is required; six months preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Conduct routine check-ups and monitor resident condition.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current LPN license in good standing.
- Previous experience in Long Term Care required; 6 months preferred.
- Ability to work variable shifts and participate in call rotation.
