Physical Therapist - FT Days

Job Purpose: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides rehabilitation and therapeutic care to patients of all ages, promoting wellness and independence through physical exercises and therapies.

Essential Functions

• Administers patient care and special procedures.
• Coordinates PT services and teaches rehabilitation skills.
• Develops and revises individualized care plans.
• Utilizes physical agents and equipment for treatment.
• Documents care accurately and complies with regulations.
• Participates in quality management and in-service programs.
• Communicates effectively with the healthcare team.
• Ensures safety and infection control practices.
  
  

Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, current Oklahoma license, and BLS certification required.

Experience: Five years of full-time physical therapy work; supervisory experience preferred.

Physical Requirements: Must meet visual and auditory abilities to perform duties.
