Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides rehabilitation and therapeutic care to patients of all ages, focusing on restoring body functions and promoting independence. Key responsibilities include:

• Administering patient care and special procedures.
• Coordinating PT services and teaching rehabilitation skills.
• Developing and revising individualized care plans.
• Applying treatments using physical agents and equipment.
• Documenting care accurately and maintaining confidentiality.
• Participating in quality management and in-service programs.
• Delivering high customer service and effective communication.
• Ensuring safety and infection control practices.
  
  

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, a current Oklahoma license, and five years of experience. Supervisory experience is preferred.
