Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 15 to 17 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Platform Administration, Integration, Azure, and C#. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage and deliver complex projects successfully. The candidate will work in a day shift and no travel is required.

Responsibilities :

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the data platform domain

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data solutions

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals

- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Azure and C# related tasks

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data platform administration

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans

- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency

- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary

- Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the successful deployment of data solutions

- Lead efforts to optimize data integration processes and improve system performance

- Support the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and team performance

Qualifications

- Possess extensive experience in Data Platform Administration, Integration, Azure, and C#

- Demonstrate strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery - Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders

- Show proficiency in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources

- Have a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices in data platform administration

- Display the ability to provide technical guidance and support to team members

- Be adept at developing and maintaining project documentation and reports

- Demonstrate the ability to monitor project progress and implement corrective actions

- Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
