- A pool concierge plays a crucial role in ensuring that residents have a seamless and enjoyable experience at the pool. Some of the key responsibilities of a pool concierge include:
- Greeting and Assisting Residents: Our pool concierge team welcomes residents to the pool area with a warm smile and offers assistance with setting up lounge chairs, umbrellas, and other amenities.
- Towel and Lounge Chair Assistance: Say goodbye to the hassle of managing towels and lounge chairs – our attentive team takes care of all the details, providing freshly laundered towels and arranging comfortable seating for residents and guests before, during, and after pool hours.
- Safety and Maintenance Oversight: Our pool concierge team is trained to monitor pool safety protocols established by the property. They diligently enforce the rules and policies governing the pool area while promptly communicating any maintenance concerns. From keeping the pool area clean and tidy to conducting regular safety inspections, we prioritize the well-being of residents.

- Strong organizational skillset.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

- Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.
