ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week.

• A pool concierge plays a crucial role in ensuring that residents have a seamless and enjoyable experience at the pool. Some of the key responsibilities of a pool concierge include:
• Greeting and Assisting Residents: Our pool concierge team welcomes residents to the pool area with a warm smile and offers assistance with setting up lounge chairs, umbrellas, and other amenities.
• Towel and Lounge Chair Assistance: Say goodbye to the hassle of managing towels and lounge chairs – our attentive team takes care of all the details, providing freshly laundered towels and arranging comfortable seating for residents and guests before, during, and after pool hours.
• Safety and Maintenance Oversight: Our pool concierge team is trained to monitor pool safety protocols established by the property. They diligently enforce the rules and policies governing the pool area while promptly communicating any maintenance concerns. From keeping the pool area clean and tidy to conducting regular safety inspections, we prioritize the well-being of residents.

Concierge Services: In addition to pool-related tasks, our team can also assist residents with various concierge services such as reserving outdoor amenities, overseeing additional poolside services such as beverages, and assisting with property-related poolside events.

• Personalized Assistance: We understand that every resident has unique preferences and needs. Our pool concierge team strives to provide personalized assistance, whether it’s adjusting umbrella angles for optimal shade or recommending activities for families or individuals.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Highest attention to detail, timeliness on projects and professional conduct.
• Prior experience in similar position.
• Strong organizational skillset.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear.
• The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, or telephone.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
