Key Responsibilities:Guest Interaction:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly welcome.
- Provide detailed information on food and beverage options, including daily specials and recommendations.
- Address any guest inquiries and ensure that all service needs are met promptly.
Order Taking & Service:
- Accurately take food and drink orders from guests.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar and ensure modifications or special requests are communicated clearly.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
Menu Knowledge:
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage pairings.
- Make knowledgeable recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
Poolside Management:
- Set up and clear the poolside area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for incoming guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized poolside environment throughout the shift.
Check Handling:
- Present guest checks, process payments, and handle all transactions accurately.
- Ensure all financial exchanges are conducted responsibly.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless, efficient service.
- Assist in other tasks as required to maintain a well-functioning poolside service operation.
Compliance and Safety:
