- Utilize Dial Calipers, Depth Micrometers, and other precision measurement tools with accuracy.
- Expertly set up and control manual Milling and Lathe Machines.
- Engage in meticulous assembly and fitting work for maintenance tasks.
- Refine tool sharpness and adjust machine settings to enhance output efficiency.
- Operate various machinery including lathes, mills, and grinders for intricate machining operations.
- Detect and troubleshoot tool-related problems with precision.
- Fabricate and assemble detailed tools and components.
- Embrace the challenge of working with small mechanical parts.
- Execute non-standard preventive maintenance ensuring operational integrity.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a related machine shop role.
- Vocational education in Mechanical or Technical fields considered beneficial.
- Pays close attention to detailed specifications and instructions.
- Team-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiar with reading technical drawings and maintaining complex equipment.
