We are seeking a qualified college student or recent graduate for an internship position in the Marketing department. The position will support the Marketing team in promoting the Cantata brand by executing marketing plans in accordance with Cantata’s policies and procedures, current federal, state and facility standards, guidelines and regulations governing our company.

The position will support the Marketing team in promoting the Cantata brand by executing marketing plans in accordance with Cantata’s policies and procedures, current federal, state and facility standards, guidelines and regulations governing our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for Cantata’s 100th Anniversary, supporting related campaigns and events
- Assist with creating content for social media, websites, newsletters, and email marketing
- Help manage website updates and content maintenance
- Support the design, production, and distribution of print and digital materials
- Write and edit copy for blogs, press releases, flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral
- Capture and edit photos and videos for use in promotional content
- Participate in planning and executing marketing campaigns aligned with company goals
- Research and identify new opportunities for audience engagement
- Maintain knowledge of all Cantata service lines and brand standards
- This is a part-time position with the potential to increase to full-time hours based on department needs. Must be available to work some wekends and holidays.
- Knowledge/Skill/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A major in Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus!
- Familiarity with social media marketing and SEO best practices, paid ads, and email marketing.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
- Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Must possess organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Ability to perform problem analysis and problem-solve.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- This is a part-time position with the potential to increase to full-time hours based on department needs.
- Contact with Others
- Some contact with all levels of personnel within the company. Light interaction with clients, client’s family members and community contacts.
- Responsibility for Confidential Data
- Employees are required to safeguard sensitive information. Sensitive information includes, but shall not be limited to, information concerning Cantata’s former and current residents/clients, medical and health information and Cantata’s information systems.
- Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
- Must meet general health requirements as set forth by this company.
- Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching and prolonged periods of sitting.
- Sits, stands, bends, lifts, walks and climbs stairs, as needed to conduct activities of the job.
- Individual will be scheduled based on operational need.
- May be requested to work over scheduled working hours, weekends and holidays when necessary.

- Job duties are classified as Category II (no routine contact with blood, body fluids or tissues).
